About the event
"I can't even draw a stick figure!" That's what people often say to me when they hear I'm an artist. Would you like to up-level your art? Or perhaps you have a student with some budding talent you would like to encourage? Take drawing classes right inside Hobby Lobby! Beginners welcome.
Course description:
In this class we will work on visual perception and expression, overcoming mental barriers, and teaching our hands to follow our intent. Technical skills we will address are: form and proportion, shading and texture, finally progressing on to techniques in color. Chances are high we may even draw a few stick figures. :)
Cost is $25 at the door for a single class, $20 each subsequent class. For $125 you can reserve a spot at all classes in the series. Dates are October 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, November 7th, 14th, and 21st.
